Pattern Review – Vogue 7693

Helen has made up this lovely Vogue 7693 pattern – style D . I like this pattern in particular because this dress has a mock wrap top – where the right front extends out to tie at the waist and the skirt is in one piece ( the bias version is my favourite )- unlike the usual wrap dresses that open up and expose a little too much leg and needs adjusting all the time!. I did ask Helen if the bodice gaped open at times and she said that when you tied the wrap securely it kept the neckline secure .

It is beautifully made up in our Italian silk satin ‘Coco Spot’.Here
Helen cut the size 10 pattern and didn’t alter the pattern at all. In fact she has made up this pattern in two other Tessuti fabrics since. I can see why … it looks great on you Helen.

Helen has been a regular at Tessuti Fabrics since our very beginning ( during our early days in Victoria Plaza, Chatswood) ….which is nearly 16 years ago!!!!
