Pattern Review – Vogue 8411

Here is Erica again in another Tessuti creation. This time she has chosen our Italian 100% silk georgette ‘Leopard Fleur ‘ to make up this new Vogue 8411 pattern.

This lovely print is a softer take on the animal prints that are very popular for this coming season and the georgette is lovely and weighty.

Erica made up view B in a size 12 and didn’t alter it at all. Considering she made up this pattern in a silk georgette Erica chose not to line the dress. Preferring to wear a slip underneath instead. I love the way it turned out and Erica also did a marvellous job with the tucking detail on the bodice.

Erica says that she will definitely use this pattern again perhaps …. in a wool jersey.
