Skill Building at Tessuti Chatswood – INTERLINING/INTERFACING Tips and Tricks

Not to be outdone by the skill building sessions recently introduced at our Melbourne store, Tessuti Chatswood will be holding their very first skill building session on Saturday May 18th.

We’re very fortunate to have Lisbeth from Freudenberg coming in to show and demonstrate how to use the latest and newest interlining products from Germany. 

Whether it be for day wear, evening wear or specific tailoring needs, Lisbeth will show you how to select the appropriate weight interfacing for your project eg. for stretch and knits, non-stretch wovens, coatings or light weight sheers. She’ll also be sharing her tips and tricks on how to iron on interfacing with the correct heat, as well as introducing technical points to help you achieve that professional finish to your garments.
