more Liberty love…this time McCalls 5522 (OOP) made up in our popular Liberty Of London Tana Lawn –Wiltshire. Check out Max and Co’s shirt dress (below) from their latest Spring/Summer 2010 collection in Wiltshire Cranberry…look similar?
Denny discovered McCalls 5522 after it featured in Pattern Review’s Best Patterns of 2009 list. For this shirt view D was cut and the only alterations were shortening the sleeves, preferring a 3/4 length and edged them with a cuff band (wide enough to slip hands through) without openings.
