Pattern Review – Vogue 8123

Seen here is Amy wearing this great pattern Vogue 8123 View C made up in Tessuti’s 100% Wool Double Knit ‘Charcoal Check’. Amy altered the pattern as she found it to be quite roomy – she wanted a more fitted cropped jacket….so she made up the smallest size – which worked for her here. Amy also shortened the neckband to sit in closer to the neck and added a large black matt tunnel shank button. It looks lovely in this wonderful thick knit.
Amy loves this pattern – she found it very easy and quick to make up and would definitely make it again.

Now that is lovely! I like Amy’s alterations so much more than the original pattern. I like how the collar is more snug around the neck.
