Pamela loves Liberty. Pamela also loves Japanese pattern books. Good job we can help her out with both. This sweet, simple dress is Pattern F from Stylish Dress Book 2.
The only change Pamela made was to the belt. Instead of a drawstring…
…she created an elasticized waistband but still included a tie at the front.
