They what found the fault – Suzie and Ingrid
So you probably read/heard/saw that our latest pattern – The Eva Dress – had a little hiccup in her first week of release. We have since amended the pattern and just wanted to give HUGE thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding. In the Eva recall aftermath, we received some incredibly lovely and understanding emails and phone calls from those of you who’d purchased the pattern and were grateful for the follow-up. Unfortunately, we couldn’t catch everyone – as some of you get onto new patterns FAST – and there were more than a few of you who had already cut out both pattern and fabric.
There were two ladies in particular who speedily alerted us to the fact that something was awry and for that we are grateful.
Thanks Ingrid! Wearing her sleeved Eva Dress made up in Cinnamon Giolica (above) and sleeveless version below made up in White Cotton/Metal blend (available in Tessuti Surry Hills)
Thanks Suzie! As seen here in her sleeveless Eva Dress made up in yarn-dyed crinkle linen worn over her Lola Tee Top.
Excellent work ladies. Beautiful dresses!
Despite the sizing problem, it is a lovely pattern – and I will be whipping up another at the right size before the really hot weather hits! Another great design beautifully executed!
