Feature Fabric Of The Week – Flannel Wool
March 24, 2008
Arrived in store at Tessuti Surry Hills is the scrumptious neon coloured 70% Wool 20% Polyamide and 10% Cashmere Flannel Coating – a medium weight wool with a slightly brushed napped finish.
Shown from left to right – Turquoise, Emerald and Cobalt – the intensity of these yummy colours didn’t quite come out in the photo. These wools are just the thing for creating this great look. I am also working on the toile/ muslin for this great vintage coat pattern I have and now can’t decide on the Emerald or Cobalt for me??? Great thing all of these colours work well with black!!!
note: I will post pics of the Hot Pink and Purple in this Wool Flannel as soon as it arrives.
WOW!
This are three of my very favourite colours! Pity that I live in Germany.
